Somatic Journey
Somatic Journey is a holistic, body-centered approach that integrates diverse movement practices—including yoga, qi gong and conscious dance—to support physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. Tailored to each individual’s needs, this therapy encourages embodied awareness, nervous system regulation, and self-expression through dance and movement.
By drawing on the grounding and flexibility of yoga, the flowing energy work of qi gong, the intuitive freedom of conscious dance sessions are uniquely designed to restore balance, enhance mobility, and reconnect you with your body’s innate wisdom.
To support integration and grounding, sessions conclude with guided meditation and sound healing, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to absorb the benefits of the movement journey.
Whether you’re navigating stress, recovering from injury, seeking deeper self-connection, or simply exploring new ways to move, Somatic Journey offers a safe, personalized space for healing and transformation from the inside out.

Water Therapy - WATA (WasserTanzen)
WATA is a therapeutic technique designed to induce deep relaxation through the soothing properties of warm water and rhythmic movement. During a session, the recipient is initially supported on the water’s surface while being gently moved, stretched, and massaged. This process helps release tension and may alleviate emotional and psychological blockages.
With the use of a nose clip, the individual is gradually guided underwater, entering a state of weightlessness. The sensation of water, combined with breathwork and fluid movements, promotes profound relaxation. This experience may alter one’s perception of time and space, resulting in a deeply meditative state, often accompanied by joy, tranquility and a deep sense of freedom.
Can help treat: stress/anxiety, chronic pain,
fatigue, muscle tension, burnout, fear of water,
sleep disorders, psychosomatic symptoms

Breathwork
Breathing happens unconsciously and without our constant effort. However, it can also be used as a powerful tool for healing.
There are two components of breathwork, breath awareness and conscious breathing. Breath awareness simply helps us observe our current state of body and mind and become better at feeling the subtle cues that indicate we are out of balance. Once we have discovered our disbalance we are able to bring ourselves back to harmony by means of consciously breathing or controlling our breath with specific breathing exercises. We can willfully influence the brain and the autonomic nervous system and change our mind-body state. By consciously altering our breathing patterns, we can activate the parasympathetic or the sympathetic nervous system depending on where our disbalance lies and what our aim is.
Conscious connected breathwork is a type of conscious breathing practice where sympathetic activation is followed by parasympathetic activation or deep relaxation. We breathe deeply, by using the diaphragm muscle and eliminate the pause between the inhale and the exhale. It is a powerful and effective technique to overcome deep fears and transform emotions, especially feelings of limitations, blockages, and transmute energy blockages. It develops your ability to relax through uncomfortable feelings and to overcome physiological, emotional, and psychological barriers.
In my sessions I combine conscious connected breathing techniques from a variety of styles Holotropic Breath, BBRTS – Biodynamic Breath & Trauma Release System and Transformational Breath with intuitive movement, mediation and sound healing.
Private sessions will be customized according to individual needs and aims, using elements either from breath awareness or conscious connected breathing or both.
